Norfolk State University will host Parent Convocation, a forum for parents and family members to learn ways to help their children meet or exceed high academic performance standards. Free and open to the public, the Parent Convocation is co-sponsored with Norfolk Public Schools and Calvary Revival Church. It will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Joseph G.
