Norfolk State University's Virginia Beach Higher Education Center will host its 6th Annual Women's Conference on Saturday, September 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 1900 Pavilion Drive in Virginia Beach.
