MURRAY, Ky., Aug. 4 -- Murray State University issued the following news release:
Murray State University (MSU) was able to make the recent bicentennial event in Hartford, Ky., a bit more special. The Ohio County town of, according to their citizens, "2,000 happy people and a few soreheads," enlisted MSU's help to bring notice to their motto and the town celebration. Hartford Mayor Charlotte Hendricks approached MSU President Randy Dunn at a chamber of commerce function . . .
