PHOENIX, Oct. 30 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release:
The Arizona Republican Party is again violating campaign finance law, this time blowing deadlines for reporting matching expenditures and flouting disclaimer requirements.
The penalty for the laws that the GOP appears to have violated is a sanction of three times the amount spent. In these cases, the state GOP would be sanctioned $162,101.28.
