DECATUR, Ala., Oct. 29 -- The city of Decatur issued the following news release:
U.S. construction is at its lowest point since the recession of 1991, but BP America Inc. and United Launch Alliance LLC have a contrarian vision for Decatur.
ULA announced Tuesday its plan to start a $159.3 million project at its Morgan County plant, and BP topped that with plans for a $225 million expansion.
