COMPANY AGREES TO SAFEGUARDS FOR STUDENT INFORMATION

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 30 -- The Nevada Attorney General issued the following news release:

The Attorneys General of 36 states and the District of Columbia have agreed to require Educational Research Center of America, Inc. ("ERCA"), a not-forprofit data collection firm based in Morristown, New Jersey, to tighten up its practices for obtaining and handling personal information it collects from high school student surveys.
