ROCK HILL, S.C., Oct. 30 -- The South Carolina Department of Education issued the following news release:
Certified teachers not currently working in the Palmetto State identified supportive school leadership and less paperwork as among the factors that would entice them to return to the classroom, according to a survey conducted by the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention and Advancement[1] (CERRA) in conjunction with the South Carolina Department of Education.
