LEXINGTON, Va., March 31 -- Virginia Military Institute issued the following news release:
The lessons VMI's cadets learn about duty and honor combined with the high moral code they live by in the Barracks will prepare them for world where international law is no longer settled, former Associate Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor said last week.
