HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 17 -- Pennsylvania State Rep. Mark B. Cohen, D-Philadelphia (202nd District), issued the following news release:
Legislation introduced by state Rep. Mark Cohen, D-Phila., will be the subject of a joint hearing of the House Education, Intergovernmental Affairs, and Veterans and Emergency Preparedness committees tomorrow in Harrisburg.
