SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Oct. 23 -- The California State Assembly Democratic Caucus issued the following news release:
Assemblymember Jared Huffman (D - San Rafael) is helping the California Coastal Commission announce its new Whale Tail License Plate Design Contest. The Coastal Commission is launching this contest to find a new image for its specialty license plate, known as the Whale Tail plate.
