Your Legislature took an Easter break from business of about 6 days this past week. Here are some items waiting action. Some of it is necessary, and some of it, well, may not be.
The 2008 Bonding Bill, has yet to be completed. The House version is a $960 million dollar bill which exceeds the state debt limit by $135 milli . . .
