ST. PAUL, Minn., May 12 -- Minnesota State Rep. Kent Eken, DFL-District 2A, issued the following news release:

Last week, the State Legislature passed a comprehensive Agriculture and Veterans Policy Bill (SF3683/HF3902)) that includes a landmark mandate to increase the biodiesel content of diesel fuel to 20% by 2015 and delivers on several popular veterans' provisions. I want to share with you some of the major provisions of this bill and what they promise for Minnesotans.
