JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Oct. 24 -- Gov. Matt Blunt, R-Mo., issued the following press release:
Through a contract with the Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS), local community action agencies are accepting applications for LIHEAP, Missouri's Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program. LIHEAP is a federally funded program to assist low-income Missourians and families with their heating and cooling bills.
