MOSCOW, Idaho, Oct. 24 -- The University of Idaho issued the following news release:
When the University of Idaho's Vandal Access Shuttle began services last month, it provided a way for the disabled and elderly to quickly traverse campus. However, the soaring cost of fuel would have made the shuttle impossible without assistance from a generous benefactor.
