BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 24 -- Boulder County issued the following news release:
When Boulder County's staff architects set out to design a new Addiction Recovery Center, they faced challenges inherent to the purpose of the building: They had to meet requirements for safety, security, service provision and operations at a 24-hour facility that houses clients overnight.
