DENTON, Texas, Oct. 23 -- The University of North Texas issued the following news release:
University of North Texas President Gretchen M. Bataille will announce a new partnership with Education is Freedom (EIF) on Oct. 28 (Tuesday) that guarantees that Dallas' academically talented, but financially needy students have access to a higher education degree without paying tuition and fees.
The announcement is expected to come at 10 a.m. when Bataille addresses the EIF . . .
