TOPEKA, Kan., Sept. 18 -- The Kansas Board of Regents issued the following meeting minutes:
The September 17, 2008, meeting of the Kansas Board of Regents was called to order by Chairman Donna Shank at 1:30 p.m. The meeting was held in Board offices located in the Curtis State Office Building, 1000 S.W. Jackson, Suite 520, Topeka. Proper notice was given according to law.
