HARTFORD, Conn., Oct. 9 -- The Connecticut Republican Party issued the following news release:
ACORN, the community actions group that has been accused of illegally registering voters across the country, has struck again in Connecticut, said State Party Chairman Chris Healy.
After being accused of signing up a convict and a seven-year-old, Stamford officials have filed a complaint with the Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz's office for numerous irregularit . . .
