WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- The Voice of America issued the following story:
Pakistani security officials say at least 10 militants, possibly including a top commander, have been killed in an airstrike in northwestern Pakistan.
They say fighter jets pounded militant hideouts late Friday in Swat Valley, a former tourist region.
Elsewhere in the northwest Friday, Pakistani troops foiled a suicide attack that targeted a military base.
