WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- The National Archives & Records Administration issued the following press release:

The National Archives celebrates the bicentennial of Abraham Lincoln's birth with a daylong symposium Lincoln and American Values on Saturday, September 20 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. in its William G.
