ALFRED, N.Y., Aug. 28 -- Alfred University issued the following news release:
The Alfred University women's soccer team will look to improve on last season, when a squad made up mostly of freshmen and sophomores struggled to a 2-16-1 record.
While this year's team is still young -- there are five sophomores and nine freshmen on the roster -- head coach Jen Enke is confident the experience her squad gained last year will translate into an improved season.
