FORT BELVOIR, Va., Aug. 13 -- The U.S. Army Management Staff College issued the following news release:
Initiative, command involvement and care for fellow shipmates proved valuable for 2008 Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet Sailor of the Year recipient, Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuel) 1st Class Justin Melton.
