EL PASO, Texas, Aug. 12 -- The University of Texas at El Paso issued the following news release:
The University of Texas at El Paso and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced the opening of the National Center for Border Security and Immigration during the university's 5th annual Border Security Conference Tuesday.
