COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Oct. 22 -- Texas A&M University issued the following news release:
Free tickets are still available for the presentation of the 2007 George Bush Award for Excellence in Public Service to Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates at 5 p.m. Friday (Oct. 26) at Reed Arena.
Former President George Bush will present the award to the career intelligence officer, who will join former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl . . .
