TERRE HAUTE, Ind., May 7 -- Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman, R-Ind., issued the following news release:
Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman today announced Amanda and Grant Mansard of Terre Haute as Hoosier Rising Star Award winners. Members of the Mansard family, friends and faculty from the Vigo County School Corporation joined the Lt. Governor at Honey Creek Middle School to honor Amanda and Grant as 2008 Rising Star recipients.
