SAN ANGELO, Texas, Aug. 20 -- Angelo State University issued the following news release:
Maureen Dowd, Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist on the New York Times Op-Ed page, will present the 2008 Community Lectureship in the Humanities Thursday, Sept. 25, at Angelo State University.
Dowd, who has skewered Washington insiders in her column since 1995, will offer "Reflections on the Election" at 7 p.m. Sept. 25, in the C.J. Davidson Conference Center in the Hous . . .
