NEW YORK, July 1 -- The National Park Service's National Parks of New York Harbor issued the following press release:

The National Park Service (NPS) is offering special programs for youth groups and families from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Friday through Aug. 22 at Governors Island National Monument.
