Appalachian's 'Big Sale' Draws Big Crowds
BOONE, N.C., Aug. 31 -- Appalachian State University issued the following news release: Desk lamps, fans, clothes, electronics, kitchenware and furniture all received a second life during the Big Sale Aug. 21 at Appalachian State University. Governor Crist Commends Approval of Federal Funding for Structural Hardening Initiatives at Florida Domestic Violence Centers
TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 31 -- The Florida Division of Emergency Management issued the following news release: Governor Charlie Crist today commended the approval of federal funding for structural hardening projects at domestic violence centers throughout Florida.
