Early Childhood Experts Applaud New YoungStar Program
MENOMONIE, Wis., Aug. 31 -- The University of Wisconsin-Stout issued the following news release:
A new child care rating system approved by the state will raise the bar for centers throughout Wisconsin, according to education experts at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
"It's definitely in the best interest of all children. It raises the standards in quality for care and education," said Judy Gifford, director of the UW-Stout Child and Family Study Center, a child care on campus.
