Rep. Dahlkemper Introduces Bill to Make Family Benefit Coverage Available to Child Until Age of 26
WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Rep. Kathleen Dahlkemper, D-Pa., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5179) to "make clear that family coverage under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program remains available with respect to an otherwise eligible child of a Federal employee or annuitant until that child attains 26 years of age."
The bill was introduced on April 29.

WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 3286) to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to "carry out a pilot program on the award of grants to State and local government agencies and nonprofit organizations to provide assistance to veterans with their submittal of claims to the Veterans Benefits Administration."
