LEXINGTON, Kentucky, May 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued the following news release on May 7, 2024: A Lexington physician, Dr. Amr Mohamed, 55, was sentenced on Tuesday, by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell, to two years in prison, for conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud.
