SPRINGFIELD, Illinois, April 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois issued the following news release: A Chillicothe, Missouri man, Scott Young, 37, was sentenced on April 25, 2024, by U.S. District Judge Colleen R. Lawless to 60 months in prison for distributing methamphetamine. Young was indicted in December 2019 and pleaded guilty in September 2023.
