WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Phenomenex Inc., Torrance, Calif., won a $42,620 federal contract from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, for the supply of solid phase extraction plates for the analysis of samples for ricin, tetramine and aldicarb. . . .
