Liberty Energy Files Annual Report for Year Ending July 31

WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has disclosed that Liberty Energy Corp. (LBYE), Selby, England, has filed an annual report (Form 10-K) on Oct. 16 covering the fiscal year ending July 31.

Net revenue was $0 for the year, compared to $100 the previous year. Liberty Energy posted a net loss of $17,113 compared to a net loss of $14,239 the previous year.

There were no earnings per share.
