WASHINGTON, May 9 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release on May 7, 2024:
The Arizona chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations today called for law enforcement to arrest Arizona State University (ASU) professor Jonathan Yudelman for allegedly harassing and assaulting a Muslim woman in a hijab during his participation in a pro-Israel protest near campus. CAIR also called for ASU to investigate the incident and take appropriate action . . .
