ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 28 -- Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, has been assigned a patent (9,117,821) developed by three co-inventors for "oriented crystal nanowire interconnects." The co-inventors are Katayun Barmak Vaziri, White Plains, New York, Kevin Coffey, Oviedo, Florida, and Dooho Choi, Goyang, South Korea.
