ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 4 -- 3M Innovative Properties, St. Paul, Minnesota, has been assigned a patent (8,968,613) developed by four co-inventors for a "method of making an earplug." The co-inventors are James P. Endle, New Richmond, Wisconsin, Jeffrey L. Hamer, Springville, Indiana, Alan R. Seville, Indianapolis, and Kenneth F. Teeters, Zionsville, Indiana.
