GENEVA, Nov. 29 - Hugh R. Sharkey of Redwood City, Calif., Alexander Khairkhahan of Palo Alto, Calif., Serjan D. Nikolic of San Francisco, and Branislav Radovancevic of Houston, have developed a device for the treatment of a patient.
