ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 29 -- Thomas J. Yorkey and Michael Bernstein, both of San Ramon, Calif., Charles Porges of Orinda, Calif., Clark Baker of Castro Valley, Calif., and Paul Mannheimer of Danville, Calif., have developed a physiological measurement quality indicating circuit.
