ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 29 -- Dinu Patrascu of Sunnyvale, Calif., On-Pong Roderick Ho of Milpitas, Calif., and Wei-Yen Kuo of San Jose, Calif., have developed a method for preventing memory cell over-erasing.
