Thanks to GOP Governor Greg Abbott's pro-growth policies,the Texas economy is booming with record job growth. New October jobs numbers show that the Lone Star State's unemployment rate has dropped to a record low 3.9 percent, with job growth accelerating at nearly double the national rate.
