LANSING, Mich., Oct. 22 -- Gov. Rick Snyder, R-Mich., issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS, the Young Marines motto is "Strengthening the lives of America's Youth" and they are dedicated to discipline, leadership, teamwork and a drug-free lifestyle; and,
WHEREAS, the central pillar of the Young Marines is Drug Demand Reduction. They participate in year round community projects and events that focus on reducing and eliminating drug abuse in our youth; and . . .
