BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy, Jr., issued the following news release:
Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Justin Vazquez, 30, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted by a federal jury of damaging government property, was sentenced to 10 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci.
