BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy, Jr., issued the following news release:

Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Colette Arne, 66, of Lockport, NY, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of oxymorphone, a Schedule II controlled substance before Senior U.S. District Judge William M.
