BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York, James P. Kennedy, issued the following news release:
Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy announced today that Harvey Peake, 61, of Canada, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of cocaine before Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. The charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, . . .
