AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 25 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following press document:
Today, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit limited a number of dangerous SB 4 provisions, but allowed them to temporarily take effect while additional court proceedings continue. [Houston Chronicle, September 25, 2017]
