WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following statement by spokesperson Amy Graham:

"Last night, the New York Times' Eric Lipton and Roni Rabin reported on false facts about the EPA's decision not to ban the pestic . . .
