NEW YORK, Aug. 17 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency today announced it has awarded nearly $70 million to New Jersey to help finance water infrastructure projects that are essential to protecting public health and the environment. The funds will primarily be used to upgrade wastewater and drinking water systems throughout the state.
