WASHINGTON, June 23 -- Rep. Robert B. Aderholt, R-Ala., issued the following speech, which was published in the Congressional Record on June 21, commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Northwest Alabama Council of Local Governments:
Mr. Speaker, I would like to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Northwest Alabama Council of Local Governments (NACOLG) which was created in 1967.
