WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D. (At-Large), issued the following news release:
Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1994, the VA Accountability Act of 2015 by a vote of 256 to 170. Congressman Cramer is a co-sponsor of the legislation. The act allows the Secretary of the Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) increased flexibility in removing poor performing VA employees, provides improved protections for whistleblowers including restricting bonus . . .
